How do I know what size I am
Hi Anita, That's a good question as most people are curious about measurement regarding waist trainers. The sizing guide tab is right behind the product tab on the product page you were viewing for reference. If you are unable to measure yourself, you can use it to make an educated guess using your natural waist size. But, for the best fit, you should measure yourself, then use the sizing chart. To measure your natural waist size, start one inch above your navel. The tape should fit snuggly but not too tight round the waist. Next, a general rule of thumb is to opt for a corset 4 inches smaller than your measurement. Some corsets require additional measurements. Underbust: start at the bra line then bring it to your front. Torso: sit comfortably, center the tape under breast then bring it down to the thigh. I hope this helps.
